February 4th<\/sup> saw a new Master being installed into the chair of St Augustine’s Lodge. W Bro Mike Payne was last installed into the chair of this Lodge in 2008 but it soon became apparent that time had not dimmed his passion for Masonry. The Presiding Officer, W Bro David J Shakeshaft, DepPGM, complemented the Lodge on the standard of the ceremony and wished W Bro Mike a happy, healthy and busy year. The Lodge was blessed with over 20 visiting Brethren which produced a lively and vibrant atmosphere in the Lodge room which continued into the Festive Board where the charity collection and raffle raised a total of \u00a3475 for Fisher House, which will be increased to \u00a3500 from the Lodge Charity account.<\/p>\n

A very enjoyable evening was had by all attendees with several visitors expressing their thanks for the invitation to a memorable evening.<\/p>\n
